Payments accepted via cash, check, or card (online or by phone). We are open 4 business days a week. Turnaround is 7–10 business days from deposit unless otherwise stated. Estimates are valid for two weeks. After two weeks a new estimate will be provided. Mock-ups provided after deposit. Mock-ups are not the final product and are intended to estimate scale, placement, color, and general appearance. Final results may vary depending on variables such as fabric content, texture, and other material characteristics.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refunds only for damaged or misprinted items. Orders canceled after production starts incur a 100% restocking/shipping fee. Changes after production may delay delivery or result in extra charges. Updates to completed items are treated as new orders. Payment confirms approval of all terms and order details.

Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday. The shipping provider information and tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier and will be provided when the product has been shipped. The rate charged for shipping is based on the weight of the product and your location. Signatures are required on orders exceeding $10,000.
